Build 3186: Use Boot Camp option grayed out for Linux OS

I have Ubuntu Linux installed under boot camp, if I follow these steps:

  1. File -> New
  2. Custom
  3. Click "Next"
  4. OS Type: Linux
  5. OS Version: Other Linux kernel 2.6
  6. Click "Next"
  7. Enter 1024 for the VM RAM value
  8. Click "Next"

The "Use Boot Camp" option is unavailable - it's grayed out.

Am I unable to use the "Build 3186 Boot Camp feature" if Linux is the Boot Camp OS?

Thanks,

I think so. You can only run Windows XP (and may be Windows Vista, but probably not supported) installed under Boot Camp in Parallels at this time.
