Build 5540 won't install

Hi,

I can't install the build 5540 into leopard. The installer stopped working after selecting installation disk. Below is my mac's specification. I've tried to restart the computer but no luck. Any suggestions ?

Mac OSX 10.5 (Upgraded from Tiger - not fresh install)
MacBook Pro (2 GHz Intel Core Duo)
2GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
