You should use Help -> Check for updates from Parallels Desktop menu, in that case its autoupdater will download the latest French build 5608. Anyway, here is the direct download link to it: http://download.parallels.com/v3/fr/AQ/GA/Parallels-Desktop-5608-Mac-fr-AQ.dmg
