Build 9.0.24229 not installing

The latest update (build 9.0.24229) is not installing. When I launch Parallels, the update window appears, I click "Install Update" which closes the update window then nothing happens. Every time I launch Parallels, that same update window appears and the same behavior is exhibited.

Any ideas?

Hello naterb,

Please try uninstalling Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac as suggested at : http://kb.parallels.com/116992

Re-download Parallels Desktop 9 from : www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd9

Install Parallels Desktop 9 again and check how it goes !!

I'm assuming this will not mean that I will have to reinstall Windows and all my other applications in my VM?

Uninstalling Parallels does not touch your VM's.
