Call of Duty Black Ops

Hi,
Have installed Parallels 8 on my Mac Mini with 16GB Ram and a 2.3GHZ i7 processor.
Allocated 4 CPU's, 4GB Ram and 1GB Video Ram to the Windows 7 VM.
Everything runs super fast, apart from Call of Duty Black Ops which runs so slow and jerky and totally unplayable.
Anyone has any ideas of what I could do to improve this?

This is still an issue for me in Parallels 17.

VM Resources:
4 CPU's
32GB RAM
Ethernet Bridged connection and Shared Network tried. Anyone had any luck or have any suggestions for getting Black Ops Multiplayer to run smoothly?
Any tips are most welcome.
