Is it possible to disable El Capitan's SIP in Parallels 11?
The official procedure for the retail version is to boot into recovery mode and run a magic command from a terminal session, but it's not obvious to me if and how that could be done.

Hi, to boot to Recovery in PD11 do the following: go to VM Configuration -> Hardware -> Boot Order and enable option "Select boot device on startup". Parallels at boot of Mac Guest will suggest to press any key to enter to the boot menu. It will be possible to select boot from recovery there.
