can I install my copy & its upgrade one more than one mac?

I installed paralells 6.0, 7 then an upgrade to 7.0 on my mac laptop, running snowleopard.

I may also be getting a mac mini running lion, can I install my copy that I already have & installed on my laptop? or is this software for only one computer/locked into the one machine?
 
AFAIK, one license on one computer, but it's transferable. So, no, you can't, unless you remove it from the older mac.
