Can I put the application "Pages" from iWorks into Windows?

I need a writing program in my Windows XP. I need to work in windows so I can use word expanders and medical spellcheck which is not supported by Mac.
Can I take the Pages and install it into Windows XP? or is there a way I can install my expander and spellcheck in my windows and have them work WHILE typing my document in Pages on my Mac?

Pages is for OS X only, so no, it won't run on a non-OS X system, namely Windows.

Also, I highly doubt that your software would just 'plug-in' to pages even if you could get it running on OS X.

I think that through coherence, you can set .doc files to open in the Mac application (Pages).

But, she wants to have her expander and spellchecker to work while she is actively working on a document.
