Can I switch my liscence

I just got a second mac. I had Parallels on my macbook now I want to put it on my imac. My liscence experied. Is there a way I can transfer Parallels to my other computer?
 
I'm interested in knowing the answer to this too. In Australia there are laws to prevent lock in software. In fact Autodesk have a special form to allow the selling of second hand Autodesk products in Australia whereas in the US I don't think that's an option.
