Can I transfer a license between parallels accounts?

Hi

I have two accounts in Parallels and I want to unify them in only one. In the old one I have a PD8 license, in the new one I had a PD17 subscription but since it's an upgrade I need the old key every time I need to reinstall PD.

How can I unify or at least transfer the PD key between accounts?
