Hello,
you can use your Boot Camp Windows installation under Parallels Desktop. Create a new virtual machine and specify "use my boot camp partition" in the virtual hard disk options tab inside the Configuration Editor window.
But if you want to have your bootcamped Windows as a VM in Parallels and to delete Boot Camp Partition, unfortunately it is not possible now, but we are working on it.
