Hello, I bought a Mac mini with a license key for Parallels 12 a few years ago. All worked, but I reseted the Mac mini a year ago. Now I want to use it as a "Home-Server". But I can't find my account anymore. Tried several of my emails - but found none- and tried to register the license key again but that also doesn't work. I have the license key, the invoice, a email transcript of how the license is sold to me (and also a ebay screenshot). When the email address of the seller is valid after all the years, he may also verify it. It should be enough to tell me the mail address to which the license key belongs or activate it on my new account. Thanks!
Purchases on eBay are not officially supported. Reply to our private message with the key to check and let you know under whose account it is registered.
