Can not view network computers from Paralells desktop

OK, I finally have Windows XP connected to our inhouse network. When I go into Network Settings, and click on VIEW NETWORK COMPUTERS, the Windows Computer that is running in Parallels is visable, and its files are available, but I can NOT see any of the other computers that are on the same network.
When I log onto any of the other computers, I can see evryone of the other computers (even the Mac) but not the windows computer running on Parallels.

What am I doing wrong?
 
Please. try switching to the bridged mode.

I would also suggest to check the fiurewall settings, try disabling them temporary.
