Can OS X use VM VPN

Hi

I have a windows only VPN client which connects fine to the network in the VM. What I want to do is get the main OS (OS X) to use this connection. Is this possible?

My guess would be you'd have to tweak the guest os to act as a gateway, then modify your OSX routing tables to use the VPN. It's kind of beyond the scope of PD, and more of a guest OS configuration question.
