Can you upgrade to 15.1.3 without installing Windows 10 Insider Preview

I have a licensed Windows 10 VM and do not want the preview edition. I assume there is an option to not install it? But it is not clear so have not upgraded. Please advise if you can opt out. Thanks.

Hello, you can just install new VM with Windows 10 OS.
Please let us know if it's not that case.
