Hi- I tried searching the forum for this but could not find a clear answer. I have two licenses for Mac parallels desktop, business edition. I no longer really am using one of the licenses. They are set to auto renew in November. Is it possible to stop or cancel one of the licenses and receive a prorated refund? Thank you !
Hello, it is not possible to cancel any license from an existing Parallels Desktop subscription. Please turn off the auto-renewal for your subscription, once the current subscription will expire, you can purchase only 1 license key.
