    Hello, you must have got an email from our billing partner Cleverbridge regarding the renewal to your registered email address. There you will find the purchased reference number.

    Hello, we initiated the refund on 6/8/2022. Kindly check with your bank if you still didn't get the refund referring to your refund invoice.

    We purchased on 6/20. 341255438, requested a refund on July 1, Aug 3 and lastly on Aug 29. I was told by Cleverbridge that it is cancelled but I still don't have the refund. Please advise.
