Hello, we initiated the refund on 6/8/2022. Kindly check with your bank if you still didn't get the refund referring to your refund invoice.
We purchased on 6/20. 341255438, requested a refund on July 1, Aug 3 and lastly on Aug 29. I was told by Cleverbridge that it is cancelled but I still don't have the refund. Please advise.
