I've tried various things and checked all the settings, but shared folders don't show up in Vista, and clicking the desktop alias causes this error: \\.psf is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The system cannot find the file specified. I read this in the documentation: In the virtual machine, open Windows Explorer. In Explorer, select My Networks Places -> Entire Network and find the Parallels Shared Folders. I don't see anything called "My Networks Places" anywhere.
same problem immediately after 3.0 upgrade I just upgraded to version 3.0. I run XP in the vm. I get the same error message as you described.
