In the past, i have had the list of windows drives available in Finder. After a reboot they are no longer showing either there or in the /Volumes/ directory. Unable to access these drives or folders at all and I have tried everything.

Mac folders are shared in windows, but not the other way around. I am on Yosemite 10.10.4 running Windows 7 on Parallels 10. All the appropriate config items are checked as far as i can tell (attached). This is extremely frustrating so any help i can get would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, this didn't work, unfortunately. Any other suggestions?

Only change i can think of recently was an OS update to 10.10.4 and it's possible I hadn't restarted since. I only noticed this issue after i HAD restarted the mac.

Mark, please check if the following settings are checked under virtual machine configure.
Open virtual machine configure >> Options >> Sharing >> Share Windows >> Check the option "Access Windows folders from the Mac"

Hi, if you check my original post with the screenshot you will see that they are already checked. Can confirm.

Mark, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
    1. Remove Parallels Desktop, refer http://kb.parallels.com/116992 (Use PD remover to remove the application)
    2. Empty trash
    3. Open Disk Utility and run a permissions repair on your startup volume:
Select your MacintoshHD on the left side of the window, select "First Aid" tab on the right side.
    Click 'Repair disk permissions'.
After this is complete, close Disk Utility.
    4. Reboot the Mac.
    5. Re-installing Parallels Desktop and to download Parallels Desktop click here.
    6. Start the virtual machine and install Parallels Tools, refer http://kb.parallels.com/115835
