Cannot Activate on New MacBook

    I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro and am trying to activate parallels toolbox on my new device. When prompted to deactivate my account on the old MacBook and activate the account on this MacBook I say yes. It then says that I cannot do that because I have reached a registration limit. I am not trying to add an additional device to the registration, just change from the old MacBook to the new one. I no longer have the old laptop in my possession. Please help.

    Hello Mike,

    We have made the required changes on our end.
    You may now make use of your Toolbox license.

    I just tried again and this time the same thing happened except I wasn't given the first option to say that I want to deactivate the license on the other account for this one instead. It just says that I can't use the license on another Mac.

    This is for the license ending in 7CS
