Cannot activate Parallels Desktop Mac on new Mac

Hello,
My Cleverbridge Reference Number is 128784669
My Macbook Pro which I installed Parallels desktop Mac standard 13 has crashed out recently and can not start over. I would like to install Parallels on another Macbook Air, but the system pop up like this:
"This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."
I have log in and log out several times using the same account that I registered before but I can not install the Parallels on the new Mac.
Please give me some advice.
