Cannot assign license key to existing account

    Hello, I have a Parallels Desktop Business subscription which expired, now I bought a new license but I cannot assign it to the existing account, the old license shows expired and I see no way to replace it with the new key. The old license was recurrently paid with a card which no longer is valid so I had to purchase a new license with another card. Help would be much appreciated!
