Cannot connect to an RDP server with a SOCKS5 proxy

This problem happens when I try to connect to an RDP server, the client gets stuck and cannot connect to the server for a long time.
I can connect to the server correctly on an older version of Parallels Client (15.0), but it fails to work on the latest version (16.5). What would the problem be and it there any way to solve the problem?
 
@wind23 It would be useful if you could provide more information such as:
* What connection mode are you using? Gateway SSL or something else?
* What SOCKS5 server are you using? Is it using authentication?
* Providing the full build number of the parallels client and server i.e. 16.5.xxxx (and the RDP server's OS version would also be helpful)
