Cannot connect to internet using Win XP

Hi, I've been using my Parallels w/ Win XP for quite some time now with no problems. But today, for an unknown reason, I cannot connect to internet. I've tried to restart several times and I've tried changing to every possible network setting in Parallels, but still with no luck.

I ran ipconfig /all under cmd and this is what came up:

How can I get my internet connection working again on my Parallels?

I've been experiencing similar issues with my internet connection within the Virtual Machine. My internet connection within the host works and performs great but my guest OS can't find any network connections. I have tried many of the possible solutions found within the forums, from uninstalling/reinstalling parallels, typing "sudo killall -HUP pvsnatd" in terminal, toggling the network adapter settings in "configuration editor" between shared networking, bridged networking, and host-only networking(while also switching the internet sharing options within the Mac OS as well). I've exhausted all of my options(as far as I know) whilst looking through the forums to find a solution without having to post my own redundant issue but I'm stuck and could use some professional help.
I feel like I am close to finding a solution after reading many of the similar issues but my lack of extensive knowledge just can't get me there. Some background, everything was working great until i removed my laptop from house and disconnected it from the network. Upon trying to restart the VM, it says I am not connected to any networks.

Please connect Network Adapter to VM, and if it connected to VM install Network drivers as described in
1. Connect Parallels Tools CD image (vmtools.iso) to VM. You can find

Parallels Tools CD image at the /Library/Parallels/Tools folder.



2. In the Windows Vista Start menu, go to Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager and select

Network Adapters -> Parallels Network Adapter in the left panel. Double click it.

3. Choose Driver -> Update Driver... -> Browse for driver software on your computer. Point the path to your CD.

4. When Windows asks you what driver to use, you should point to:

Drivers/Network/RTL8029/Win2000.XP.ME.2003 on your virtual CD-ROM.
