Cannot enable more than 2 VMs on Parallels 19.

I am using a MAC Studio M2 Ultra and using Parallels 19 to create VMs. However, I am having an issue when trying to create the third VM. When I turn it on, it will turn off a previous VM. And only a maximum of two VMs can run. Does anyone have a solution for this situation?

Parallels macOS vms on Apple Silicon Macs use the Apple Virtualization framework which limits the number of concurrently running VMs to 2.

This is a known limitation.
