I have a subscription to Parallels Desktop Standard Edition. When I go to Account & Licenses I see my License Key and my email. When I use that email to log into my my.parallels.com account I only see a couple of legacy products that I owned in the past. I created a ticket #3073906 but I haven't receive a response yet. Since I cannot find my license I cannot access support by phone. Any help with finding my license would be very much appreciated. Thank you, Joe
Can someone from Parallels please look into this? It's been 3 weeks since I opened a ticket and I've had no response. This post has been open for a week and a half. My ticket number is 3073906 and has all the info including screen shots.
