cannot forward the request Connection reset

On parallels vm I just installed brand new (clean) windows 10, then installed RPAExpress.
Then tried to execute simple rpa bot-task, Which is failed, with error:

I tried reinstall windows, RPAExpress, playing with parallels network configuration, but didn't figure out how to resolve the issue.
I did same on freeware virtualbox and rpa bot-task was successfully executed from the first trying.
I can't believe that freeware virtualbox is better preconfigured than parallels.
Can you please help me to figure out hot to resolve this network issue?
