Hello, Trying to install the latest parallels client on windows xp with no success. Setup rollback during the installation. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
@TouficS Minimum requirements for the Windows client are Windows XP with SP3. Currently, the latest version for the Parallels Client is 16.2.2 (Build 19305). That should still work on Windows XP. You can get it from: https://www.parallels.com/products/ras/download/client/ Please report if that helps. Having said that, Windows XP is not publicly supported by Microsoft anymore. Moreover, since this is on the client side, you should consider upgrading to at least Windows 7.
@jpc, Thank you for your reply. Issue was on one pc, we tried other pcs, it worked. Regarding your comment to upgrade to minimum Windows 7, i believe that one of the advantages of implementing Parallels RAS is the ability to reuse old hardware.
