Hello, I am trying to install the Parallels desktop, but I am not able to do.
After waiting the below step, it just not show anything, and the installation has not been progressed.
I used the parallels in last year a few times using the same laptop. At that time, it was fine as I remember.
I feel like maybe my problem is related with the one posted in https://kb.parallels.com/en/124929.
But the solution given in the post does not work to me.
