Licence was previously attached to old email address. On renewal, I created new account and Par. support over twitter said licence it was now connected to new account. It's not. It's attached to the old address which I can't access. the auto email to allow access goes to the old account! I cannot get a response over twitter .. how can I migrate the licence?
