Cannot open attached files in Windows (via Mac Mail)

Hi everyone,

I have PD version 16 with W10 in a macbook pro and Catalyna OS.
Everything seems to be working fine untill I try to open any attached file in Mail (Mac). It opens W10, and after that I get next error.

Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Library\Containers\Mail.....

After checking out all the options, I can say the unable folder is mail.apple.com.

I´ve tried to give permissions to \\Mac\Home\Library\Containers\...\mail.apple.com, from W10, and MACOS. Still not working

Make sure you have provided Full Disk Access to Parallels.
Apple menu -> System Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Full Disk Access -> enable for Parallels Desktop, or add the app if it is missing.
Quit and restart Parallels.
