Cannot open Parallels Desktop 3.0

I recently installed Parallel Desktop 3.0 on my MacBook, but everytime I double-click on the icon, it says 'The application Parallels Desktop quit unexpectedly'. It didn't even open in the first place.
The program does not open at all. I uninstalled it and reinstalled twice now.

What should I do now?

In this case, please, download the latest build of Parallels Desktop 3.0 using this link (if you have english version):

http://download.parallels.com/v3/en/GA/Parallels-Desktop-5626-Mac-en.dmg

and reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in this article:
