cannot print a pdf file from Parallels

I can print any word doc, excel, etc from office 2007. but when i get a pdf i need to print, it tries to have me save the pdf to a folder/desktop. I am running a MBP 2011 with Lion and XP sp3 on parallels.

I don not understand why I cannot print a pdf file in Parallels.

I can print a pdf in XP and a non mac computer. I can print a PDF on the mac side of my MBP. But not on windows xp in parallels.

please help. it is a pain having to drag file to the mac side just to print.
