Cannot run.exe

My friend cannot execute .exe from Parallels. She far away and teamviewer doesnt work..
There is all informations that I have from her computer :



Sorry for bad quality. I think she needs more RAM but not sure.

Can you help me to solve it ?

Parallels Desktop 14, right? Unfortunately Parallels Desktop 14 doesn't compatible with MacOS Yosemite
