    Hello,

I use Parallels in order to run a Windows XP VM to play an old MMORPG that requires 16-bit colors to run the game in windowed mode. It is pretty necessary to run the game in windowed mode in order to use multiple characters (e.g. buffers, tanks, etc)

I can run the VM fine in 1920x1080 in 32-bit colors, but for some reason if I select 16-bit colors, it bumps my resolution up to 1900x1200 which is beyond my monitor's native resolution. I'm forced to play in 1680x1050 @ 16-bit colors as it won't allow me to select any 16x9 resolutions while I have 16-bit colors selected.

Is this a Parallels problem? Or is this something inherent to 16-bit colors? If there is some sort of setting I can adjust or driver I can install to allow for 16-bit colors in 1920x1080 please share. Does anyone else have a similar issue? Am I just ignorant to 16-bit color rules when it comes to resolution?

    Thanks in advance~
