Cannot shut down windows 7

Hi, I am using Windows 7 installed in Parallels Desktop 10 on Yosemite. My problem is that I cannot shut down or reboot Windows 7, and it keeps displaying a message 'Shutting down...', as seen in the attached file.

I waited very long hours and also shut down and reboot Parallels. However, it only resumes the message 'Shutting down..' again.

Please help.
 
Hello Honeysyd,
Please terminate the Virtual Machine as suggested at kb.parallels.com/6338 & restart to check how it works.
