Cannot Update to v4.0

    I have an active Parallels installation, but cannot update because of an error message that states "Your registration information is invalid. No updates can be downloaded. Please contact Parallels support team at http://www.parallels.com/support. Click OK to return to the application".

    I have contacted Parallels Support but have yet to receive a reply.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    do you mean you have created a ticket? If so, please send us the key to Parallels Desktop 3.0(to the ticket) and post the ticket number here. After it we will check if the key is valid of not.
