Can't activate key

2 days before my trial-limited licence is running out, I ordered today online Parallels Desktop for Mac. I got 2 Emails, one with Informations and the other with the key (only 20-digits????).

If I want activate product I got:

The activation key seems to be invalid!

Please help!
