Can't activate new license key

I have just purchased a new license key for 2018...
While entering the new key :
"You have entered an upgrade key.
Please confirm it with a key from the previous version."
this is my support code 95774-10551
what should i do?

the parallel is blocked my windows please help ASAP

We suggest you to use your Parallels Desktop 10 key as a previous key and complete the activation.
