Can't activate parallels toolbox MAC

Hi ,

There are not sign in options. Also "about parallels toolbox " display "This is an active Copy of Parallels Toolbox ".

But I CAN'T use some features from library like "free memory ", display
To use this tool, you must have a subscription to Parallels Toolbox or Parallels Desktop for Mac.



Please help
