Can't activate Version 17 upgrade

I upgraded to Version 17, but upon activation with the new key, the "Activate" button stays greyed out.

Using my previous key the "Activate" button works. But I get a message that "To activate parallels Desktop 17, this license key must be upgraded."

So I'm stuck - any help would be most valued
