Can't add a mac after cloning a new mac

Hi all,

Recently i've buy a new mac and cloning my old mac to a new mac using migration assistant.

However, i can't register my new mac into Access.

So I digged into the support knowledge base and found the article of this...

but the command is not working (Command not found) even i reinstall the Parallels Access.

And even i reinstall my parallels.
 
Try removing both the old and new Mac from the list of accessible devices, uninstall Parallels Access, perform ACL permissions reset as per this article, reinstall Parallels Access and see how it goes.
