In Parallels I was in my Windows XP mode and I installed mouse software for a Kensington wireless notebook mouse. Obviously I shouldn't have done that because the mouse cannot be captured in Windows anymore. In fact I can't even capture the pointer by using the trackpad. How can I remove the mouse software that I just installed to get back to normal. I can only operate in Mac mode.

The easiest and most fool-proof method would be to restore your XP vm from a backup.

Save your current XP vm before restoring just in case you need to get something from it. It's easy to delete it once you know for sure that you don't need it anymore.

You could also try to uninstall the mouse software using only the keyboard. Windows can be operated by keyboard alone although it's not an easy task. If you manage to uninstall the mouse software, I would then uninstall and reinstall Parallels Tools.
