Can't Click in Application PD8

I'm running Parllels Desktop 8 on my MacBook Pro retina display.

I have Adobe InDesign CS6 installed on Windows 7 Ultimate and I can click on some things in InDesign, but others seem to be unavailable. For example, if I click on the "Links" menu item, it will pop out all the links, but I am unable to select any of the links or use any of the relinking buttons, etc. I cannot click on any of the tools in the toolbar that normally appears on the left of the workspace. (Selection Tools, etc.) But the keyboard shortcuts for those tools work fine. So I can use "V" to choose the selection tool then click on the link I want to modify, but again I cannot select any of the relinking tools, etc.

I know this is a shot in the dark, but is anyone running InDesign on PD8 with a MacBook Pro retina?

Fixed!

I was online and started a chat session with tech support. The very friendly person led me through a number of steps, but the configuration changes in this article are ultimately what fixed it:

I'm running PD8 upgraded. I made sure the video configs were correct and InDesign is still not functioning properly.
