Cant connect via RDC and VPN

Hi,
Remote Desktop Connection complains that it cant find my remote computer.
Cisco VPN connects to my company's system just fine.

I use the same programs (RDC and Cisco VPN) on another computer I have at home and I connect just fine.

VM is configured for Bridged Networking.
VM sees and accesses my local (home) workgroup computers just fine.

Havent tried to see if the Mac can connect to the company computer. (Wouldnt know how.)

Any suggestions?
