Can't copy files or text from OSX to VM or visa versa

Hey, I have Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 RC (installed on boot camp) running in Parallels 4.0, I can't copy any images/files/or text from one VM to another, or from a VM to OSX or visa versa.. (Sometimes copy pasting text works, but sometimes not)

Is there any reason why, or a particular settings I need enabled?
Security is set to elevated, I share Windows files with OSX and that's all I think.

Thank you, the copy/paste text is working I'll report back if it stops again (without me changing any settings),
I am still unable to Copy Files, the shared profiles sort of merged everything to my Mac desktop but it worried me I might accidentally delete something thinking it was in Windows or a virus might be able to delete those files as well.
I allow OSX access to Windows, but not visa versa.
