Can't Copy Files With Parallels Explorer

When I try to copy files to my Mac from Parallels Explorer I get the following error:
The Selected items cannot all be put into the same location because at least one of them named "myfile" is busy

Why is this happening?
 
More info: I'm trying to move it to my Mac by dragging the file into the finder. If I copy/paste I get the following error message:
The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in "myfile" could not be read or written.
(Error code -36)

The file is encrypted in the Windows XP, but that shouldn't prevent it from being moved right? Windows XP is hosed right now, so it's very important that I can backup these files.
