Can't copy Mac->Windows

Hey gang-

Running Parallels Desktop 3.0 build 5584 under OS X 10.5.3. I am able to drag files from the Windows desktop to the Mac Desktop, but NOT from the Mac Desktop to the Windows Desktop. I get an error message that "Cannot Copy File:Cannot Read from the Source File or Disk" I have Parallels set to share all folders in both directions in Configuration, but no help. Parallels tools are fully installed.

What else to look for?
