Can't get my wireless printer to work

I have Windows 2000 working under Parallels on OX 10.5.2 and everything is fine except I can't get it to print to my HP C4380 (wireless).If I open a command window and use ping it sees the printer fine but if I try to print either direct or spooled it gives up. Any help/pointers will be very much appreciated as it is driving me nuts

Please try to install Shared Printer as described in Parallels Desktop for Mac user guide from http://www.parallels.com/en/download/file/doc/Parallels_Desktop_for_Mac_User_Guide.pdf on page 135

Tried page 136 in manual but wireless error

I found this thread in a search trying to get my wireless Kodak printer to work from Windows 7 in Parallels. I still get the same error message I have gotten all along trying to print from the Windows 7 side but have not found this error number in the parallels help area:

pstopdffilter/pstocupsraster failed with err number -31000

Thank you for any help here - I obviously haven't tried everything but it sure feels like it!
