Can't get through to parallels and I have no key for v5

I was among the users to get version 5 via the $10 upgrade. I went online to purchase and never got a key. I can't get through to parallels on the phone. I sit on hold for 15 or 20 minutes only to hear a message to try again later. I've done this several times. What gives? My trial key expires tomorrow and I need parallels to work every day. Anyone else find a way to get through to this company?
